Foundation Software Construction Accounting vs. Yooz

Does not have employee facing portal where employee can update info. Does not have part to do onboarding, hr, etc. Payroll is wonderful and more efficient. Pulling reports is amazingly easy. Building reports is easy

Any company manually coding and entering more than 1000 invoices a month needs Yooz. Any company wanting full visibility and accountability through the life of an invoice needs Yooz. Any company who needs to control who can see and or code transactions needs Yooz.

• Yooz performed three way matching in a stream lined manner.
• Yooz was a user friendly software that integrated well with Oracle NetSuite.

• Unfortunately Yooz is a newer software company, and Yooz was not equipped to process large batches of invoices that needed to be paid.
• Yooz, in some instances, did not properly load invoices or credit memo information accurately into NetSuite. The detail in Yooz did not match in the general ledger in NetSuite, and the records did not match. Yooz's IT support also a difficult time correcting our issues.
• Yooz is a new company and there is still a lot of software upgrades and better development that needs to take place before it can be considered a reliable software.

It was decent to implement. It's been pretty easy at training others. Really easy to connect to their computers

Support is usually pretty great. Most of the time return calls to tickets logged are fairly quick. Most everyone is knowledgeable and helpful

Personally,
I did not have a hand in deciding the software, but for our company is has not
led to increased productivity or made things easier. It has been more difficult
for payroll to be inputted correctly and the payroll reports for certified
payroll often come out incorrect and we need to manually figure out how to correct
the issues and get them in correctly

Yooz comes close to Coupa, but Coupa is much more robust and can handle much larger batches of information. Yooz performed well against Bank of America's Checkbook product, because it was more efficient. The other NetSuite products did not match up for our needs, so Yooz was a better solution at the time.

• Ease of contacting the person who it needs to go to or posting a question. This way everyone involved can see things in one area.
