Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

Yooz is used in the accounts payable department, and I use to upload invoices and code them to send for approval and it helps pick the vendor names date and amount and also it still has saved the previous coding that was used before so it is easier to use the same code instead of checking and it can go way back to locating invoices in previous years

  • easy to change coding after sent for approval
  • can let you go back and change some things
  • can help with making the words bolder
  • it has helped to not double pay vendors
  • it has helped with looking at higher amount than usual
  • it has helped with getting the right vendor paid
It has helped me with invoices and able to see if i have a duplicate and to see how many times vendor has been processed in the system and also to see who is late if it has been in yooz and it needs to get paid soon and also how many coding i have used
it better with uploading invoice and easier to use and very assessable and easy to learn and has a lot of verification so errors on payments are avoided and also used to know which invoice is late and needs to be paid and coded

when you have put the amount in, and the amount does not match the invoice yooz sends an alert to indicate that there is a missing amount that you have not added, and it also helps to let you know when some invoice amounts are more than the usual get for that vendor so you can take note
