Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

At our organization we processed all of our accounts payable invoices through the use of Yooz and integrated Yooz with the uploading of invoice and purchase order information into Oracle NetSuite. We also processed payments through the use of Yooz for all of our vendors.
  • Yooz allowed for the uploading of purchase orders and the matching of purchase orders to invoices for smooth processing of invoices.
  • Yooz performed three way matching in a stream lined manner.
  • Yooz was a user friendly software that integrated well with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Unfortunately Yooz is a newer software company, and Yooz was not equipped to process large batches of invoices that needed to be paid.
  • Yooz, in some instances, did not properly load invoices or credit memo information accurately into NetSuite. The detail in Yooz did not match in the general ledger in NetSuite, and the records did not match. Yooz's IT support also a difficult time correcting our issues.
  • Yooz is a new company and there is still a lot of software upgrades and better development that needs to take place before it can be considered a reliable software.
  • Yooz helped us process thousands of invoices in a more efficient manner than our previous process called Checkbook with Bank of America.
  • Yooz allowed for a more efficient invoice approval process than the previous systems that were used. If the invoices were three way matched, they would be processed quicker.
  • Yooz made the integration of the invoice and credit memo process into NetSuite more efficient than the previous software, however, there some limitations with Yooz because it did allow for duplicate invoices to be processed, and that was a big issue.
Yooz comes close to Coupa, but Coupa is much more robust and can handle much larger batches of information.

Yooz performed well against Bank of America's Checkbook product, because it was more efficient.

The other NetSuite products did not match up for our needs, so Yooz was a better solution at the time.

Yooz works well in allowing users to upload purchase orders and match invoices to those purchase orders, and allow for processing of invoices. Also, the approval process is efficient. The process of approving invoices and preparing them for payment works well.

However, is there were old purchase orders that were not closed out or were not completely matched, then Yooz would make it difficult to retrieve accurate information with regard to what vendors were owed money, and purchase orders were not properly closed out in Yooz.

Also, the processing of payments was difficult. If our company was making large payments to vendors who issued us multiple invoices, then Yooz would have limitations in terms of the volume of invoices to be processed and paid.
