Freedcamp vs. Gmelius

I have used a number of different Project Management Tools and this is the one I always make the team come back to, it's easy to use, has great support, and can be used by people of various levels of technical ability. When planning a complicated network, that needs to be sold to a customer, all people within the company have needs that have to be addressed, from the obvious technical, but also legal, regulatory, finance, and ordering of equipment and all these have different milestones, that interconnect, this is where Freedcamp shines, it allows all of the company to work together to achieve the technical sale.

Lead generation for nearly any kind of business. I can't even explain how easy it is to set everything up. I also love that I can send test emails to myself. Sequencing and Scheduling out follow-ups help me stay on top of potential sales, especially smaller sales that aren't always on my radar 24/7. Sending post-sale information on a regular basis. Basically, Gmelius works for the entire sales cycle, pre to post.

• Easier access to dashboard.

I always come back to using Freedcamp, I've used others, but keep coming back.

It basically provides everything we need in terms of functionality. No tool is perfect and this one can improve in the visual department and maybe doesn't offer quite as much as the most advanced project management tools out there.

Especially a few years ago when Freedcamp was first starting, I needed support, sometimes, I'd find a bug as a heavy user, Igor and Angel are great people who are quick to reply and help you as well as the other great staff. Freedcamp's support is the best of any software product I use.

Maybe not as good and visually appealing as Jira and Trello. But it offers a much better free tier and better prices for a small organisation as we are. Freedcamp and Kanbanchi is quite similar but Kanbanchi lacks the wide range of functionality in its free tier and makes it difficult to start up in a team.

We switched to Gmelius from Mixmax because we wanted to try the inbox/label sharing features. Ultimately, Mixmax is more accurate with tracking opens, and it is much more user friendly. We switched back to Mixmax after about a year using Gmelius. Mailshake is also a better tool for sending out high volumes of emails, as it is better at making sure your email address doesn't get flagged as spam.

• Freedcamp has helped us juggle many tasks and complete everything on time.

• I reliably post 20-30% higher activity numbers weekly due to my use of Gmelius
• Gmelius is a significant contributer to my sales success -- The last two years I have more than doubled company-issued sales targets
• Gmelius saves me tons of time each week due to automated campaigns. I would say I've reclaimed at least 20% of my work week scheduling out follow up and pre-scheduling lead gen email campaigns out.
