Gem is a in my opinion a necessity for any TA team in this market. It's no longer possible to be competitive with just LinkedIn - it's easy for candidates to lose those messages. Gem allows you to get noticed by candidates and stay competitive in this market!
Rippling automates the entire onboarding process, from sending offer letters to setting up benefits and configuring IT devices. This streamlines the process and ensures new hires have everything they need on their first day. With Rippling, payroll can be processed in just a few clicks. It automatically calculates taxes, deductions, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, making payroll runs efficient and error-free.
The contract management is so easy and clear, I can send new contract negotiations, also I use to use Rippling to make invoices but it and the need to update my payment information every month takes care by Rippling automatically
The platform is synchronized with third party software to track time so my reports are uploaded without intervention.
You can generate or review reports from tracking time directly, its so straightforward and the statistics can be obtained in any view that you will need.
All the news and request for me are notified in real time by email or popups in my phone, I don't lose anything that will need my attention in that platform.
Gem's dashboards feature is still a work in progress. It's not incredibly intuitive and there aren't many ways to visualize data.
There are often discrepancies between what's in the ATS and what's in Gem and it requires troubleshooting.
It would be great if Gem could integrate with data from other sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter so we could see conversion rate data from there as well.
Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
Rippling is very simple to use. Our organization has a very diverse talent pool, so finding a HR tool that is easy to train people how to use is very important. Some companies struggle with managing their HR, but Rippling has helped reduce time the time and effort required to manage employees on a large scale.
I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.
Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.
Quick, effective resolution, without adding unnecessary roadblocks and obstacles. Sometimes so many of the products hide their support behind multiple layers of unnecessary and wasteful handshakes. They ask repeatedly for name or email or phone or company code or any other number of identifiers, before answering something which could be as simple as the website link for Rippling.
Gem was able to allow more customization. We were able to see more into our current funnels. Easier to share and collaborate with others. Gem made email campaigns simpler and more customized. Gem took some of the LinkedIn inmail processes and automated them. Gem had better data and after some time got more accurate emails.
Rippling is much better than Deltek Costpoint. Costpoint was not clear at all to use. Things were hard to find and understand. We also used to use so many different programs to find other information. Rippling streamlines everything in one convenient place, including all the information I need for my company.
I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.
Rippling has a positive impact on my clients. The feedback I receive is that they are very happy with Rippling and are very glad they made the switch from their previous ben admin/payroll vendor to Rippling.
