Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is outstanding in terms of integration, ease of doing, user friendliness, and a single platform for all employees, HR, and employers working together with authenticity. Report generation is also easy. We can manage leaves, attendance, holidays, tax, income calculation, and other HR -employee related work with transparency. We can generate the employee specific reports, department specific reports easily. Manage employee data as well as department data with HR guidelines easily. It changes the way of thinking to manage above points and provide a quick and proper solution. Now everything becomes much easier than previous. Overall it is outstanding! And strongly recommended.

  • The complex customized report is still a challenge between two departments. Comparison reports still lack across the departments.
  • The icons can be more visualized for better search, otherwise it will take time to go with menus.
  • The alignment in data points should be more accurate and specific with centralized key points according to their menu.
  • The help and reference links should always be their on each page to switch quickly.
  • It saves a lot of time for employees as well as HR and managers due to its excellent feature of user friendliness and ease of access.
  • Report generation, organization charting, people management are much easier than other tools.
Overall support is outstanding and we are really happy to use it. It is a true example of well integration, user friendliness, ease of doing, and a single platform for employees, HR and employer to manage everything they need. Tracking is much easy in terms of leave, attendance and organizational upgradation. The report generation is more specific and accurate. The timecards are really very helpful. Leave application and tracking the employee attendance is easy and transparent to both the Manager and the employee. Overall Rippling is the best!

It is more than outstanding in terms of attendance tracking, leave tracking, employee management, data management, report generation, organizational charting, time cards, attendance management, Pay calculation, compensation calculation, overtime, other benefit calculation, along with tax calculation. It is user friendly and easy to use. Integration with different applications is superb. People onboarding is outstanding. It is really a good tool to use all above expectations at a single platform.
I was in search of an application where I can manage all employee and HR related queries and data together. We were using different Excel files to manage it. It was not so accurate and we do each entry manually. The accuracy is always hampered and it causes data mismatch every month. Randomly we get a reference to riplling and it solves all our problems accurately. The ease of doing and the user friendliness is superb. The integration is much easy than others. Report generation is much easier. Manage the data at a single platform becomes more easier. Report generation, employee attendance, leave management, profile management and other HR related works becomes more easier and accurate. Really a beneficial tool to manage everything easily. You can get all in one solution in this application.

Rippling Implementation

It's really easy to implement in comparison to other tools or applications. Different key points are easily configured and implemented as per need, having different configurations in systems. Implementation is something which binds the different parameters of an organization in a single row. Implementation of rippling is much easier, quicker, and error free than any other software. I recommend it strongly!
