Glance vs. Wipster

Glance is an ideal tool where the customer base is not very technologically savvy. We support farmers, so this demographic is known for being behind on the technological advances of their industry. We are primarily a call center. Glance has helped our new agents be better equipped from day one, which results in their onboarding time being much quicker since they are able to see common issues first-hand

I actively talk about Wipster and show off how I'm able to get so much done with my clients because of this tool all of the time! If you own or work at a digital agency, it's a must! I'm using Wipster for short and long-form media, it just makes everything so much easier for me.

• Being able to start a meeting right from your task bar with minimal clicks is key for great customer service.
• The ability to customize our support domain makes it an easy address to verbally give the customer.

• Wipster was one of the first applications to allow for frame-by-frame video feedback. This provided a unique opportunity to make feedback far more intelligible than before. Before Wipster, we needed to reference phone calls, notes, emails, and messages, as well as communicate verbally with our project managers. A lot of information can get lost this way, but Wipster places the feedback directly with the video, which makes it super easy to understand what the client desires for their video to look like.
• Wipster allows for a client to select a location on a frame where their feedback is referencing. It's fairly archaic, but it works. Client feedback sits next to the playback window so it's somewhat easy to reference what the client wants.
• Wipster also allows for integration with editing software like Premiere Pro, which speeds up the editing process as well.

• We would like more reporting features and more granularity with what we see.

• There is sometimes a lag when navigating a timeline/leaving comments, which makes me wonder if actions are being recorded correctly.
• The admin interface seems to be slower than it should be.
• There's no closed captioning feature as far as I know (some of our clients are deaf/hard of hearing).

Easy to get hold of and always very helpful. Having a support team dedicated to one product and one that will support all of your users (not just the admins) made it easy to implement in a small business.

While the technical issues we have encountered with Wipster have been very low in the time we've used the service, the few instances where we have needed assistance were met promptly and effectively by Wipster's Support Team. This support even extended all the way from the platform's founder, as I received help from him, which really impressed me.

Glance, while lacking some features of its competitors, is easy to use and standalone. Support for this application is dedicated to it and you can get near immediate support. This was key given the demographic of our staff.

After my experience with Wipster at my old job, when I started a business I knew I needed to look into alternatives. Despite the areas it failed, Wipster still made it easier to do my job. At this point, I've switched to Frame.io and it's hard to look elsewhere. Frame.io does everything Wipster does but heaps better. It's easier to use, easier to organize, cleaner interface, and accomplishes my goals at a reasonable cost to the business.

• Glance has reduced the amount of time an agent spends on a single call by nearly 30%. This reduction in time has helped us attend to more customers and more quickly.
• The speed at which our agents picked up this tool speaks to the ease of use and integration of Glance.
• Overall, this has helped our team managers train their teams on the product more efficiently.

• No calculation I have noted but too many intangible benefits after using it , over all that is ROI
• I don't remember any negative feedback but in-app , working is very tricky
• customer supper and media management is good
