ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

• Video support could be a little more granular.
• The nomenclature used in the dashboard is a little unclear to a new user.
• The password assignment system is a bit over-engineered making it harder to use.

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

They are very prompt when we send an inquiry and very helpful with fixing issues.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

Different scopes in total, but G.us does a far better job in review management and social proof growth.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.

• Grade.us has allowed us to bring a valuable service to the table for our clients as well as a solid source of recurring revenue. A win win!
