Likelihood to Recommend VERY useful for small companies where one person does an entire job/task. May be less useful for larger companies, as it would be difficult to maintain, and there are usually teams to cover the slack. Also good for tech purposes. Our tech people constantly create Guru cards in order to help us learn to do back-end things.

An add-on app for Slack and a Chrome extension mean you don't even need to have the Guru.com site open to still be able to access all of your stored information. The ability to allow some or all users to create & edit cards adds value and strengthens the team collaboration. Read full review Monster makes it easy for us to post jobs on their platform. It frustrates the users to look at or access the same sets of results or the same applications again and again. It can also look into the spam feature. There are ways one can spam it by taking out information. Read full review Support Rating Monster is a job portal with rich features and a great depth of database in candidates. They also have a good search option that is able to display the right candidates when you search for them. The only gripe that I have about Monster is that they need to improve their database of candidates when it comes to blue-collar jobs or non-software jobs.

SeekOut /LinkedIn are more about finding candidates from the overall pool of millions of profiles and resumes. Monster.com shows you immediately who is looking, who is applying, etc. Monster.com also has the salary tools, which I think is very unique. The other sites do not have that and aren't as transparent about the market. Which I think is very valuable during competitive hiring times like these.
