Overall Satisfaction with Monster.com

I use Monster.com portal for Sourcing the candidate profile for my business needs. While other portals are too costly, Monster.com provides us a valuable and cost effective services. I always prefer to use Monster.com for my non-It and IT requirements. It provides me an good number of search results. It will be definitely TAT.

With the use of Monster.com I can get my job done with the turn around time. The user interface is very good to use and anyone can use it at the first time. It has saved search features which is very useful for tracking. Mainly, it is useful for both job seekers as well as for the recruiters.
Monster.com is very excellent for professionals who are in need of candidate database with effective cost. The customer service is very good in term of explaining new features and accepting user reviews. Even though it is cost effective it doesn't fail to meet the user needs. I feel it is most trusted platform to use.

I'm managing a team and I always prefer my team to use Monster.com portal for an effective search. I recommend to use Boolean or power search where Monster.com is very good in that. I has the rating for each profiles according to our search which helps to evaluate the profile whether it matches or not without opening it.
