I use Monster.com for Candidate sourcing at my current organization. Monster.com helps to quickly identify candidates who meet specific qualifications which reduces time spending on reviewing the profiles. Also, Monster.com has the best filtering options which makes it more helpful for employers to filter out the best resources.

  • Monster.com is the best to find the talented resources. For an instance a company is looking for a software engineer, Monster.com can access resumes qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

  • Monster.com excels in offering user-friendly recruitment platform that fulfill to the needs of employers in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent.

  • Monster.com can integrate with other ATS (Applicant tracking systems) which help organizations with advanced HR Systems.
  • Monster.com can add some filters like salary range an employer is looking for a particular job which candidate has already mentioned while uploading profile on Monster.com.
  • Monster.com can reduce some pricing in some of its premium plans.
  • Monster.com helped me to close the niche positions and diverse positions very quickly which in return made a huge impact on profit for organization and myself as well.
  • Monster.com helps me reduce the time to fulfill a particular position which again helps to increase the cost.
