Talent Intelligence
Comparison of Talent Intelligence features of Product A and Product B
I speak highly of hireEZ internally. I believe their are use cases for both hireEZ and LinkedIn and whatever other sites are used in recruiting. hireEZ is well suited when you want to reach out to candidates with contact information after maybe seeing they have not responded to most LinkedIn messages. We have also had a bit of success in going back to old reqs that we can search through hireEZ in a seamless way and reach out to those candidates.
Scout RP is wonderful to help keep an RFP very organized. It is excellent to have a single version, so that all team members helping compile an RFP response have a single place to know that they are on the current version. If a company doesn't want to respond within Scout RFP, it's my understanding that the RFP information can be exported from Scout RFP, compiled in a different tool (like XLS), and then pulled back into Scout RFP for submission. From a collaboration standpoint, there's not an easy way to "assign" questions or items. Sometimes at my company, we need different experts to answer different questions. We have to use another tool, like email or Slack, to let that person know he/she needs to answer. However, in other tools, a certain block can be assigned to the person internally within the tool.
Talent sourcing aggregate (known by Hiretual as AI Sourcing).
Custom insights based on search criteria.
Contact information & social link retrieval.
Applicant Tracking System Integration -- At OnPoint we use Lever as our ATS. Hiretual allows us to export candidate data directly into our ATS and associate said candidates to a specific requisition, & in a specific stage.
I have come across many duplicate profiles that could cause me to contact the same person twice in a short period.
Doesn’t have an “undo” button for if I accidentally mark a candidate as “not a good fit”
Their “variables” used in creating email templates don’t function optimally. If you use “candidate last name”, and the person has a title, it will use the title instead of name. For example… I sent an email to a doctor and it sent as “Dr. MD”. Not ideal.
The benefits of a larger universe of candidates and automating recognition of talent we cannot hire, hireEZ has been a big time saver just as a sourcing tool
I am a user of three years and have seen the features grow over time. I love how responsive the team is when there is an issue and their willingness to work towards a feature request is unmatched. I also find the accuracy of the data is comparable if not better than most competitors
The support team is proactive with information, sharing changes or new features, conducting training, etc. It is not a pull scenario, as with other vendors, where I have to ask for what is going on. Instead, the hireEZ team is reaching out to us to follow up, provide information, etc. I love their proactiveness and desire for us to use the tool to its full potential!
Entelo is probably the closest competitor that stacks up against Hiretual head to head in my opinion, but the differentiator for us has been the relationship and the flexibility that the vendor provides us on top of the fact that the product itself continues to perform incredibly well as it continues to evolve along with my organization's needs. To have a seat at the table to offer up opinions or advice on how to improve the product over time is invaluable. Additionally, the AI-powered version of Hiretual is much more powerful than Entelo's product.
I have only used RFPIO to facilitate searching for RFP answers. I have used Scout RFP only to respond to customer RFPs. I assume they have functional overlap, but my interactions with each have not included this functional overlap. For each tool's respective use, I have found them very simple, intuitive, and helpful.
