Overall Satisfaction with hireEZ

We use hireEZ in order to help identify talent as part of the corporate Talent Acquisition team.

Our resources include Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter, and now hireEZ.

Of these three tools, I find hireEZ absolutely essential in sourcing talent. There is an option to integrate with our ATS and MS Exchange but we haven't availed ourselves of it.

And even with this limited functionality, hireEZ is leaps and bounds more helpful as a sourcing tool than Indeed and LIR put together. While LI can boast 875M+ members as of the last quarterly report, hireEZ boasts over 1B profiles, and rather than a sometimes clumsy and confusing interface, builds Boolean expressions.

Because we do not have the integration with MS Exchange, I am dependent on LIR for my messaging, and I do regret not having that option available--but even so, its Boolean expressions are fantastic, and the filter that helps avoid candidates who might require sponsorship--for us a significant consideration, especially in hiring IT talent--is an option that our other tools simply do not support, meaning that InMails are not wasted on recipients we wouldn't be able to hire.

We typically see 150 or so reqs/year.

  • Higher quality of contact details than competitors
  • Although we do not use the email or ATS integrations, those would be huge value adds for any recruiting team
  • It's led directly to several hires thereby saving time for the recruiting team
  • Much larger universe of candidates discovered

Especially if you are hiring STEM talent but cannot sponsor, hireEZ's ability to filter out candidates who might in the future require sponsorship is a huge time saver.

The ability to create and share projects, not unlike LIR, is extremely powerful, and positions the tool to replace LIR entirely. This is a more powerful tool if it can integrate with both your email and ATS, as there are substantial time savings to be realized.

This is especially valuable in orgs where dedicated sourcers find talent while recruiters engage talent.

Using hireEZ

10 - Talent Acquisition
There is no need for a dedicated team to support hireEZ as it's chiefly a Chrome/Edge plugin

  • Possibly present a reduction in recurring costs incurred by other tools
The benefits of a larger universe of candidates and automating recognition of talent we cannot hire, hireEZ has been a big time saver just as a sourcing tool.
