HotTelecom vs. Intermedia Unite

When our clients or partners call our corporate number they can now reach any needed employee or department by themselves. It is simple - they just need to use voice assistant and press the needed number.

If you have seasonal workers, need to quickly scale, or cut contracts, [Intermedia] Unite is awesome. Highly recommend for companies that need an at home workspace.

• Wide geographical coverage.
• It's easy to set up.
• High-quality phone calls.
• There are a lot of additional services available.

• Scale up or down very quickly
• Easy to deploy - no hardware required.

• Video calling is not available as a feature.

• The price is on the higher end
• Normal issues for VoIP - if users have low bandwidth, high jitter or latency

The web interface takes a little getting used to, but once you are familiar, it is very easy to use and administrate. The end user has a very easy to use app.

We are totally satisfied with help Customer Support. They were quick and responsive

Intermedia [Unite] support is top notch. Their response time is great and don't have a lot of issues.

[Intermedia] Unite has no contracts and offers great service. Other companies require contracts, and for highly scalable businesses, this isn't optimal.

• We've got the option to use another marketing channel with HotTelecom's SMS virtual phone numbers. They also provide us with an ability to count everything in marketing campaigns made with SMS numbers and to make the right decisions based on the received data.

• During offseason, we scaled back to 150 phones and during peak, we scaled up to 400 phones. No contracts, no fees, just month to month billing. Awesome
• Support and ease of deployment has been a huge ROI for [Intermedia] Unite.
