HotTelecom vs. OnSIP

When our clients or partners call our corporate number they can now reach any needed employee or department by themselves. It is simple - they just need to use voice assistant and press the needed number.

I think OnSIP is well suited to be used in any organization that has a stable, reliable internet connection. The service is top notch and I haven't found a competitor that can beat the service. I've recommended the service to other manufacturing businesses and churches. The organizations that have switched have been extremely pleased with the service.

• Accept more phone brands/models

We are totally satisfied with help Customer Support. They were quick and responsive

We have found OnSIP to be just as good if not better than any of the other services we have researched or used. Once again, the value of OnSIP is unbelievable. Our rates at this organization are less than half of what the competitors were charging. I don't see us changing anytime soon.

• We've got the option to use another marketing channel with HotTelecom's SMS virtual phone numbers. They also provide us with an ability to count everything in marketing campaigns made with SMS numbers and to make the right decisions based on the received data.

• It has reduced our telecom expenses drastically.
