HRweb vs. Skeeled

Every business and its employees along with management wants to have a transparent system where appraisals and rewards could be attained without any unclear and vague target definitions. The tool is accurate for tracking performance analysis with help of business intelligence to provide clarity that motivates employees with a constant depiction of their achievements.

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• Its aesthetics could be more catchy on the front end.

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
• A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
• A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

lenghty and lots of actions

It's more advanced and cost-effective in terms of adoption, user-friendly interphase along with BI tools that can even track behaviors of the employee to ascertain and plan the steps accordingly to keep them motivated and help them contribute towards the overall goal. Its management is easy and can be managed easily.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
