• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

• Implementation process is very difficult unless you are using the product out of the box
• Licensing model is frustrating but they are willing to be flexible to make things work

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

We just upgrade the document control application from V5 to V6. There are still quite a bit of issues left unresolved.
