Iconosquare vs. PLANOLY

A good match for someone looking into Iconosquare would be a social media manager looking to streamline their analytics process. It is for someone who may be pulling these numbers manually and wants a centralized location to pull numbers across platforms. Iconosquare also allows you to schedule your content, which provides another one-stop shop. Where it would be less suited is someone who may not use more than one social platform.

Planoly is perfect for managing social media accounts for business or public figures. It would work great for personal use as well but maybe wouldn't be as necessary. For business purposes, it changes the game! Having something that is easy to teach colleagues to use is one of the most important features I looked for when choosing a social media management platform

• Paid and organic posts couldn't be separated.
• Tracking story posts you wanted to group is messy.

We never had a problem with customer support, nor really needed it. The UX of the site was easy to follow and simple to use.

The support team was instantly responsive and were always happy to answer even the simplest software question. I knew that my clients would be in good hands should I not be available for any scheduling question through the support team. Everything was always impeccably handled in a timely manner! 100% satisfaction.

We focus primarily on Instagram with our social media strategy, so Iconosquare delivers the best experience by far for that platform

I have tried an AI tool called Vocable and used Google Sheets to plan my content. PLANOLY is better because of the visual grid feature. However, vocable is better in terms of the variety of content. With Vocable, we can create text content for Instagram, YouTube, and Linkedin, Product pages, SEO meta titles, descriptions, email newsletters, Blog posts etc. However, PLANOLY is only limited to Instagram and Pinterest.

• It's allowed us to view IG story metrics even after they have passed over the 14 day review in Instagram Insights
• The graphs are easy for us to send to clients as they are not very complex or complicated to read
• There have been no issues or errors with retrieving data with a quick turnaround.
