The customer service team have proven to be knowledgeable and efficient, responding quickly to queries with accurate solutions. What's more, the developers are always adding new features and improvements to make sure that the users stay ahead of the curve when it comes to their business needs. Have clear goals and owners established before you start using any tool like this. Very important to get accounts and rights setup so that there's no lag time in customer response once things go live. Make sure IT is involved if you plan to use the Single-Sign On (SSO) or any of the access control tools.

These can compare, but they also kind of don't. If you need a simple kanban project management tool, then you'll be just fine sticking with Trello. However, if you want a customizable and beautiful project management system, then Infinity would likely serve your needs.
