Infor CloudSuite ERP vs. TeamDynamix IT Service Management (ITSM)

We have had great success with inventory management and production planning/execution. Also, data and system integrity have been key to our overall solution satisfaction. We struggle when it comes to reporting and analytics. The base product leaves room for improvement as much of the core reporting is not easily configurable and lacks the ability to scale forcing us to build a reporting model outside the solution

In a world where an ITSM solution can feel bloated with features and you have to pay for all of those features or have an army of employees responsible for the upkeep and implementation of those features, it is nice to see a product like TDX come along that still provides a lot of features but at an affordable price where you feel you can slowly introduce those items into your environment through a team approach.

• Very stable product. Some of its weaknesses are also its strengths. The lack of web services seems to actually increase stability.
• No software vendor in this space is perfect. Lawson does perform as advertised.
• Again, a weakness of this (limited functionality) is a hidden strength as well. In software there is a complexity/feature tradeoff. Where Lawson lacks in features, it does give you a more simple setup for your organization.

• This application gives the total time and fetched taking after for laborers to give the advantageous payrolls and alter the charge sheets with correct information.
• All data is secured and guaranteed with exceedingly capable pass codes.
• . The computer program is incredible in taking after the commerce headway and making a fitting estimation around contemplation and organizing.

• Trying to locate forms that you haven't used before is not very user friendly
• overall view and navigation is very old style and could use an update
• Reports are built in and not very customizable, could also use an easy report reference guide.

• Many decisions must be made to implement the tool, which can be a challenge for companies that don't already have an established ticketing or project management system.
• The modules you create such as ticketing applications can't be deleted once they are made.
• You can't copy all your settings from one application module to another.

The main problem with it is the support provided and the support available on the market. Both are limited. Plus, it is a nightmare from a connectivity point of view, which is obvious, since the off-the-shelf tools usually include built-in connectors to Oracle and SAP, specifically S-4Hana. Retrieving data is also not easy, and specifically, to get behind the logic of special reports without direct StreamServe knowledge, which is the rarest of all, is almost impossible

If your organization operates in one of these industries, Infor M3 may be a good fit.Functionality: Consider the specific features and functionality that your organization requires from an ERP system, such as financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, and sales and marketing. Review Infor M3's capabilities in these areas to determine if it meets your needs.

It is very intuitive and easy to perform tasks. Very intuitive to develop a custom report. Very intuitive and easy to develop a dashboard. Very user friendly to setup new projects from project templates. A lot of custom forms to be able to collect the necessary data needed to provide better customer service.

The overall support of Inform M3 is simply the best! There isn't a single flaw that I can detect or think of about this software! I can't possibly express the greatness of the availability and all of the possibilities achieved. The ease of use and a lot of functionalities such as flexibility [allows in] configuration to add new functionalities fast.

One of the products I have used is an Oracle accounting product. I feel that Infor stands up well when comparing to the Oracle product especially for the accounting functions. In comparing it to Microsoft Dynamics I feel that Infor is easier to use in some accounting tasks. The one thing the Dynamics has going for it is the ease of use with other Microsoft Products.

TDX may not have all of the features and functionality that those larger companies have, but what TDX provides, they provide and support it well. You also don't need to have a full team of programmers to support TDX or feel like you are wasting your company's money by not utilizing all that TDX offers. TDX is an inexpensive, yet powerful and scalable, ITSM solution.

• We have already been able to have insight into how many tickets for service requests we do in any particular time frame. We were surprised to find that we had as many as 300 tickets on our small support team in just a month's time.
• We can centrally locate all of our how-to documents and other information that usually lives just in the memories of our employees. We have hundreds of documents that will now not be spread over Teams, workstations, and document folders but will be centrally located and searchable for years to come.
