Infor Human Resources vs. Worklio

It is a software that I faithfully recommend to HR managers, as it generates productivity for employees, the data recording is accurate, from the entry to the exit of the workers, the payroll management is excellent, it is a software-based on the cloud, generates productivity and the information recorded by the system is true, employees are motivated to be better because this system records their data.

I have to pull several reports to get the criteria for simple analysis detail. In my experience, many competitors have a more straightforward, seamless, and less complex reporting system.

• The only flaw we've found in Infor HCM is how slow the tech support is, they're not really fast when we need help.

Company utilizes a lot. I think there is room for improvement, mainly with the portals reporting functionality.

Easy access, but I think the complex reporting and limited data for many standard reports, without having to customize and create many different versions. (as much data in the filters does not often populate), can be frustrating.

Based on ease of use (usability), reporting needs, and platform design: Sufficient to: Paylocity, ADP Enterprise, Paycom. In-line with: BambooHR. Paycor. Insufficient to: Rippling, Gusto, Ease

• Infor HCM is accessible software, it generates productivity, boosts individual effort, records data automatically and with accurate information, it really is a necessary software to evaluate the performance of employees and generate productivity among them.
