Infor Talent Management vs. Mitratech TalentReef

Infor Talent Management has been a much better experience with talent acquisition than other platforms. There is much more candidate organization and can accommodate for high candidate volume. Infor Talent Management also does well with the ability to contact multiple candidates at a time within a requisition. I feel Infor can improve greatly by performing actions on multiple reqs or candidates at once. It is time-consuming to navigate through each individual req or candidate profile when you have a high volume.

I rarely give 10/10, mainly because I have learned that that we can always learn new things and to grow. Thus, I feel that same applies to Talent Reef. While I struggled a bit in the beginning to use this application, It is probably that struggle that has made me a better user for being so persistent at using it. Now that I have more than just the basics I think for any size company the functionality of the program will work for them.

• We've been with talentReef nearly 2 years and our last 2 account managers have been great! Support was a concern right after we converted, but we were able to gain an account rep and began weekly calls until all the holes were plugged in.
• Linking ATS data and onboarding data eliminates the need for the applicant/new hire to enter the same information twice.
• We're now receiving system emails regarding upcoming new releases, which is helpful.

• Accessing employee file/information from an internal application.
• Visibility of correspondence with candidates.
• Being able to perform an action on multiple requisitions at once (such as dispositioning a candidate).

• If any organization is looking to use TalentReef, I would suggest they make sure they have a project lead. TalentReef is a customizable platform that can be used to help your business. Your business will only get the full use out of the program if someone from within leads the project and communicates what they need from TalentReef. TalentReef can provide the basic needs, but the true value comes when you customize the program.

We have had very few issues with talentReef, but when we did they were resolved quickly and in a timely manner.

I used workday at a previous employer for a short time, but the transition of data between platforms was not smooth. We lost a lot of employee data in the transfer and spent most of the time re-entering the information. After the transition, it was fairly user-friendly but not adaptable or as organized as Infor Talent Management.

TalentReef has a better interface than SnagAJob, but that is just about it. SnagAJob did a very good job in applicant flow, however, they also advertise for other companies during the application process which is a major downside to their system. Newton is far superior not only with pricing but in support and functionality. After only 60 days with the system, I could not imagine going back to TalentReef ever again.

• An easy way for candidate contact with templates saves time.

• The impact in terms of I-9's and E-Verify being completed accurately and quickly is immense. It is tough to put a price or ROI on avoiding any legal complications.
• All of our corporate locations now "speak the same language" in terms of applicants and new hire on-boarding.
