[The] customer support is quite good. Cost also has another point to add, along with process integration and ease of using new tool.

To manage users, go to the admin dashboard, here is a section for users. In this users section here you can see which users are configured and you have the ability to suspend a user. If you want to edit or add users, you need to go to the Organization section, then click on another user section there, which then gives you the ability to edit or add users.

Native solution. No third-party integration is required. Rock-solid. Actually many features require no extra cost (unless you want to use In-Place Hold / Litigation Hold) If you use Microsoft 365's Exchange Plan, or other similar Microsoft 365 products, I don't see any reason why you should not use this.

My company currently uses Hadoop for big data management, as well as ParAccel/Matrix databases for storing the data. The combo is fairly effective, and the only reason we are exploring ILM is because of our use of other Informatica products, and looking to build in either synergies between the technologies, or cost savings by bundling all our licensing through one vendor (Informatica)

Return on Investment
  • Tracking the usage of specific brackets of data across the entire organisation has now become possible.
  • The team was already using PowerCenter. Therefore, using ILM was a very apt decision that allowed easier management of data at the organisation level.
