Inhubber vs. SignRequest, now part of Box

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

It works great for us; we deal with contractors in different parts of the world and it has been perfect for securing e-signatures from them and having a signed contract that both parties have access to. I'm not sure where it would be less appropriate—perhaps when there are significant legal risks or something of that nature, but with the types of transactions we've been dealing with, it's been perfect.

• It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
• Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
• Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
• Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
• Provides a very handy reminder management system.

• e-Signatures- Businesses are all working online today. Paper contracts are becoming more and more obsolete, so you need a solution that provides online contracts.
• Price- SignRequest has one of the more attractive price points for businesses.
• Usability- Our team was able to figure out how to use SignRequest without too much hassle, although some competitors have more intuitive products.

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

• I think the "prepare document" screen can be a little more user-friendly
• A way to keep the documents organized a bit better on the documents screen
• I would also love a way to keep the contacts organized--or to transfer contacts from our database to the site

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

I have found it easy to use and self-explanatory from day one. I love how clear and easy it is to use since I am not techy!

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

Easy to understand supporting documents with a great search feature to easily find the information I need for legal purposes, API connections, how to connect Gmail or G Suite, along with the ability to send a message to them. They don't seem to have an online chat feature or a call option, but that's why it's so inexpensive. Since it's already easy to use, it takes less time to find out information.

Adobe Acrobat left me frustrated and annoyed. I was wasting hours each week trying to upload contracts and agreements and customize them for each client. It never sent right and ended up being more frustrating for us and our clients in the end. So I tested some other tools before coming across SignRequest in a Google search. I started with their free plan which offered so much for a small business owner. As our business grew, we upgraded and haven't looked back. From day one I've never had an issue with this tool and recommend it to anyone looking for an online easy to use software to manage signing documents and contracts

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
• No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
• No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.

• Positive impact - able to complete onboarding process electronically rather than ask new employees to complete documents and scan them back
• Negative impact - have heard from several employees that the UI makes it tedious to complete documents that have a lot of fields
