WorkflowMax is a web-based project management solution.The platform offers end-to-end functionality standard to project management software, including time tracking, lead management, collaboration with external stakeholders, invoicing, integrations, and customizable reporting.
Very rough for construction-based companies. Would probably work better for those in retail. Would probably work well for firms that have separate CRM, inventory, and construction management software. For the basics, it works great. It would not be appropriate to use Intuit Enterprise Suite for tracking the progress of any mildly complicated construction job.
WorkflowMax is very well suited for a business that wants to track time billed by project, to have an easy way to generate invoices for those projects, and to keep track of overall productivity and invoice status. I imagine it can also be adapted to different types of businesses that deal in goods rather than services and time. I am not sure for which scenarios or businesses the program is not appropriate.

They have the best support. Quickbooks has always had great support but have step it up a level for help with Intuit Enterprise Suite. They are always there to help by phone, chat, appointment. The people we talked know the system and how to help.
They have been working hard to make this a great accounting system for Construction as they can. They have gone a long ways to help us to have one system instead of numerous different systems.
Intuit Enterprise Suite makes it easier to have several companies under one roof. We quite often have journal entries to post between two or more of the companies. We can make the entries in one place.
All in all we have been very happy switching to Intuit Enterprise Suite, so much so that we renewed for three years. We believe in what Intuit is doing with Enterprise Suites and they know how to create a great product.

You can customize the notifications and this has helped us enormously to schedule dates that we overlooked. Also the templates are customizable which gives the company its own branding on its reports.
It is integrated with the Xero platform which makes it very useful to streamline the processes of billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash flow and all the accounting and administrative area.
It also has a very complete mobile version, where we can be present and monitor the progress of projects in real time, no matter where we are.

Payroll deductions are not as seamless as they were in the desktop version.
Many of the check and payable reports print out of order and do not print cleanly or seamlessly for sending to vendors.
The system has many glitches that create unnecessary redundancy and extra work on the desktop. Checking printing is horrible is not as simple as it was on desktop.
Many reports are confusing and don't print cleaning as I am used to.
The payable screen doesn't let me check off items across multiple screens. It now requires me to select something on one screen, print checks, and then go back to the screen to select again.

Currently the timesheet function allows staff to input time for overlapping periods which can cause some headaches when it comes to payroll and invoicing. We understand this is being addressed.
The amount of flexibility in the product can create some challenges when setting up the jobs database at the onset. It is a daunting challenge but worthwhile when completed correctly and rolled out across the firm. Adding new jobs is much easier.
No search function to find a specific job, you have to scroll through all jobs allocated to you.

The software is very user friendly and being able to create reports with specific data and export it to Excel is a great help in budgeting for annual costs and tracking where a certain program is getting more attention

Based on my experience with its features and what it lacks, I think this is a fair rating. It also misses something important: customizable automation and process customization. It also needs more on reporting, especially customer reports and dashboards. But other than that, it is user-friendly, easy to use, and does the job.

Excellent. I am the first Lighthouse customer and I see first hand that their team cares, they care about not just the features but about their customers and their success. They truly want their customers to succeed

Decide how to breakdown your ongoing jobs - are they monthly recurring or annual broken into chunks? What are you going to give clients i.e. how will your proposals and invoices look?

We have typically been strong supporter of Quickbooks products and have been customers for almost 30 years. We chose IES because our server needed to be replaced, and cloud-based option sounded modern and functional. We also believed staying with QuickBooks would make the transition easier. In hindsight, we probably should have evaluated other options more thoroughly before making the move

WorkflowMax is much much easier than Streamtime, much more affordable and easier to try out and see if it meets your needs. Streamtime is a great comprehensive product but we lost a year's subscription in investment because we couldn't get answers to the support questions we needed and they had a no refund policy!

Intuit Enterprise Suite has saved us countless hours by not having to do a manual consolidation of our seven companies.
Intuit Enterprise Suite has saved us several thousand dollars by having workflow approvals set up for vendor bills. With this added layer or review we have had several instances where bills came in that were either not for our company, were for the wrong amount, etc. and we were able to catch these issues before the invoice was paid.
Intuit Enterprise Suite has saved us countless hours by not having to cut manual checks to vendors any longer. The bill payment feature allows us to pay our vendors via ACH or check and the process is seamless.

Max enables Loan Assistant to invoice very quickly and easily and integration with Xero for card payments brings our cashflow forward.
Max enables the Loan Assistant team to manage their workflow in an efficient and productive way. The team all work from home. It is the centre of our Loan Assistant universe.
