iOFFICE by Eptura vs. Roomzilla

You can book multiple spaces for the day with one log in. IOffice is easy to use / I was trained by reading a few PowerPoint slides and could use it immediately. With Covid protocols in place it was important in be able to book space when needed since many of our offices were closed due to mitigation efforts

great for recurring meetings on a weekly basis when we don't have to schedule it every week - automatic feature is great. ALso like how it describves the different features each room has with photo. Filters for choosing words is great too as we can see what tech is available in each room

• It is very good at plotting out office seating.
• We also use it for mail and package logging and notification and tracking.
• It is very useful in creating seating charts and floor plans.

• Shows how many seats the room accommodates, what AV equipment it has, and a picture.
• Allows you to check in or end the meeting early.
• Suggests conference rooms for particular times, based on what's already been booked.
• Can integrate with Google Calendar.

• The thing I would like to see is the ability to add the office or room dimensions and plot out seating such as in conference rooms.
• The version I have requires me to have to contact the company rep to make changes to the configuration in the software.

• I don't like that you can't reserve a room with only one participant. Sometimes we require the room to make a remote call/meeting and it's only one participant, so that should be taken into account.

Very easy to use, I have it pinned on my Chrome bar, it remembers you, so you can just log straight in, book and all is done! It is perfect. The text is perfect, the colours are great, it is easy to read, flows nicely and you can book instantly

I was an end user and was not involved in the selection of the systems

It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.

• 100% of staff you needed to be in office were required to use iOffice
• Follow up surveys on iOffice use had a 95% positive response by users
• Once pilot was completed, over 350 staff completed training and used iOffice since 2021

• It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.
• I use it to schedule about 15 personal meetings/week.
