Jane.app could be used for clinics with a single practitioner, or many. It is very easy to navigate, and requires minimal time to learn it's features. I really love this scheduling app over others specifically for me because I offer various modalities (massage therapy, personal training & reflexology) and there are forms for every modality (intake forms and charting forms), that enables me to customize for whichever modality I am using with a client. This is where I see Jane.app as a superior scheduling app for practitioners offering a variety of services. I also love how easy it is to integrate multiple clinics into one scheduling app. I run 2 clinics, and can have a schedule for each, with a simple click of a button. I can't think of a practitioner that wouldn't benefit from this app. I am not sure how cost compares amongst apps, but I find the basic version to be quite cost efficient, with even more features than I have even dabbled in yet
Salesforce Health Cloud is great if your organization has the expertise to integrate with your EMR system. All the functionality of service cloud plus healthcare related synergies to help with easy to use appointment reminders and further health suggestions are a huge plus.
Jane.app has a wide variety of forms that you can view, edit and use for your clinic, which has been a huge time saver for me (I operate multiple modalities and require different forms for each)
Jane.app is incredibly simple for scheduling - from implementing your regular schedule, booking appointments, changing appointments, and booking time off. It's a very small learning curve and very seamless to utilize
Jane.app has a ton of reports that are vey useful in understanding what's working and what isn't in my clinic. From accounts receivable, to new clients booked, to client retention, the reports offer valuable information (from multiple avenues) that guide my decisions efficiently toward growth
[There] are particular objects such as person accounts which [are] linked with [health care company accounts if they have a policy].
We have flows and pages where a user or client can book [their] appointment with a practitioner and get instant help by raising a case or request for [an] appointment.
[Salesforce] Health Cloud keeps all the records of clients and practitioners and can link them when and where ever needed.
Objects in the managed package have [a] standard field which gives a perfect solution with out-of-the-box functionality without creating such a model or structure.
We can raise cases or requests and [use] automation tools like flows [so] the case will be assigned to [a] practitioner or the queue of the user.
When charting, I would love to be able to edit a chart afterward, without having to use an amendment.
I would like to be able to edit health history forms after I have signed off of them. Sometimes the client has discussed health issues during treatments that were not included on their HH, and I can't go back and just add on to form
This is really minor, but when I click on "clients," I would like to see the number of clients I have, instead of having to go right into reports
It is a wonderful platform with some limitations in it's ability to easily connect with Epic. If your system has the experience and ability to build the connector, you will have great success and a robust platform to do all you need.
I like ClinicSense, but I mostly chose Jane because it allows me to easily integrate my other modalities into one scheduling app. ClinicSense felt geared more toward massage therapy speficially, where Jane as flexibility to add in now, and in the future
When it comes to Health Cloud in other CRM we have to create the related object and fields and we have to set [up] a complete architecture for the healthcare business to run over the CRM. But here Salesforce is proving a managed package, which is Health Cloud, has the framework already built we just [have to] use the standard functionality and get our task with automation done. This has definitely reduced the effort of developers as well as the agents who are working on the Health Cloud. [Even] a person with very little coding skill can use this CRM and get [their] task cases, etc. automated and [the] perfect solution can be built with low efforts.
Jane.app has allowed me to see reports on client retention, which prompts me to reach out to clients who haven't booked in awhile, increasing retention rate and customer satisfaction
Jane.app has saved me a ton of time, but having reports readily accessible, meaning I am not taking the time to go through my data and creating my own reports
Jane.app's reports provide me immediate feedback on number of appointments booked and new clients, which allows me to quickly and easily direct my focus on what is needed most - whether that's reaching out to current clients, or marketing to gain new clients, to coming up with a marketing plan to increase appointments booked. No time is wasted on actions that aren't important to my bottom line (which wasn't really clear to me before I had Jane and access to these reports)
Definitely, [the ability] to handle [a] large number of users, [Salesforce Health Cloud] serves the best solution to the healthcare industry.
[The] best part is that it is cloud-based technology where data and records will always be ready for use and there is minimal chance of losing the data.
It has reduced the efforts of the agents to book appointments or find the right practitioner which saves time [for] both the agent as well as the client.
There are automation tools [that] are used to send emails for reminders of policies.
Issues of people can be handled when a case is created and it gets assigned to a user or queue of users to get the issue resolved asap.
