I think it can be very helpful and generate great ROI if you are a big company with a lot of recruitment processes running. It provides a centralized management view and a lot of resources/features. It can be too much and become hard to manage if you have spot and urgent demands, since it takes time to start getting results from the system, considering its learning curve.

  • It has the ability to be easy to use and has multiple components that make it easy to quickly find employees.
  • I really enjoy using PageUp because once you're trained in it, it's very easy to use.
  • It's especially strong in being able to organize manage positions and you're able to put as much information as you need on the job descriptions.

  • At first reporting and analytics were a bit confusing, but then we got used to it.
  • It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product.
  • A version in Portuguese would make everything easier for us.

PCRecruiter was our original choice for a software company to use because of the price and multiple reviews. However, when it comes to accessibility, JobAdder is the clear winner. While it may not be as customizable as some of the other companies out there, it is easy to use amongst the group, can be accessed anywhere, and keeps documents and files organized.

  • Slow product updates and minimal evolution in core features over time can lead to stagnation.
