Jobma vs. Recruitee by Tellent

This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.

Best for having various hiring processes at once with multiple interviewers who will be conducting interviews and assessments, who can adapt quickly and not need an over complicated training process to do hiring. Not ideal for companies with inflexible processes who want everything constantly uniformed without any changes in needs

• Overall interviewing experience with Jobma is outstanding.
• Jobma connects us to worldwide talent remotely and helps discover, engage and recruit star talent for the position effectively.
• I was also able to share some of the initial interviews and the management team supported and loved the tool. Thanks, Jobma, for making this a reality.

• Keeping track of candidates, each candidate has their profile which helps to keep track of their information.
• Social media, we can share the jobs at any social media platform.
• Integrations are awesome! I have partnered with other systems that have helped in my recruiting.

• I feel like their live video interview should be easier to set up. Right now it takes a few clicks to get it set up. There should just be an option to immediately do a live interview without the scheduling bit.
• We would like to be able to download our video interviews but I am told that is a GDPR/compliance thing they cannot do.

• One thing that could absolutely change the way of using recruitee should be changing the candidate layout accordingly to the job offer.
• The tracking of the time the candidate spends in the stage he is on.
• Better tracking record of when the candidate entered the job offer.

Works great. Its affordable and reliable. Great support. Whats not to like

100% I will continue to use this amazing system! It has helped us a lot!! It has it all, I have used other systems and I haven't been able to get all the features I needed. This system was able to offer it all. I would renew the contract for sure.

It's extremely easy to use and the different features don't require extensive research to understand. The scorecards and evaluations allow the user to be able to view aggregate scores from the whole hiring process and view the top rated candidates to be able to make offers and decisions. The templates are also very helpful

Recruitee has been able to provide excellent customer service! Their support team they go way beyond for their customers. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions. They have been able to keep it up with me.

Yes, during the implementation process, I do remember from the sales team to the onboarding team, they were able to help all the way through. They provide quick assistance and you don't feel lost in the process at all

I have used Spark Hire in my previous organization which is an alternate software for Jobma, but Spark Hire pricing is very expensive when compared to Jobma. So I would recommend always Jobma for its features and affordable pricing.

Recruitee is the most straightforward and easy to use recruitment platform I have ever managed. I have managed also taleo which was really complex and several company built platforms that always were either too slow or complex to manage. Recruitee works like a charm, is rarely down and shows that is constantly looking to evolve and be a better tool and ally for recruiters and companies

• Integration of Jobma into hiring tool kit has significantly reduces the interview rounds and time and fast-forward the complete interview process.
• It provides easy to easy dashboard and make it convenient for the hiring managers to track personal and team performances of recruiters that makes hiring more effective and objective driven.

• Recruitee is easy to use
• Recruitee handles most of [the] business process
• Requisition Management is missing which could be introduced to make it a powerful recruiting tool
