JobNimbus vs. RedTeam Flex

It was a great fit while we were a smaller company with simple tasks and jobs. As we grew we realized we needed more from our CRM.

RedTeam does a good job of allowing the company to view information in a way that is helpful to them. The superintendents out in the field don't necessarily need to see all of the same information that the people in the office do, so field share has been great for helping them manage their projects and submit daily reports of job progress. I can see this program working for both small and large companies and with a few tweaks, I might rate it even higher.

• We couldn't adjust what certain things were called (ie what we called "work order" internally were called "job estimates" on JobNimbus)
• The price went up from when we first started using
• It lacked in project management options as our company grew in size
• It wasn't simple to lower the user count; the subscription needed to be changed.

• Inability to delete certain information such as old duplicate vendors, contacts, etc.
• I run into a lot of road blocks with obscure permissions
• Some reports have issues when printing

We enjoyed JobNimbus while we were a smaller company and our projects didn't have many needs. We've moved on to a larger CRM that can assist and support our team fully.

We had two people, myself included, learn everything we could during the setup of our initial interface setup. We became the "masters" of the software so other employees had someone to go to internally with any issues or questions.

We spent 2.5 years with JobNimbus until we got too big for the app. Though it is very customizable, our growing company needed more and decided to move to monday.com.

Procore is [a] product that we [are] familiar with as well because a few other companies that we have partnered with use Procore. The program is a good CPM, but RedTeam stands out to our company for the customer service. Over the years we have been able to communicate opportunities to make something more efficient and they have implemented some of those suggestions. That is invaluable to us.

• It has eliminated the need for hundreds of spreadsheets for each job and has saved time overall
• It allows all facets of the company to see information as they need to see it
• It's a central place for everyone to store and access information rather than having files all over individual computers.
