Kanban Tool vs. SAP Build

Kanban is well suited for a fast-paced working environment for larger teams who want continuous communication with users. Kanban is good for rapid development and daily meetings for updates and statuses. Kanban is less suited for smaller teams or groups who don't require collaboration and constant communication with involved users. Kanban is time-consuming and it takes additional effort outside of your regular work to maintain and manage the tool.

SAP Build is a strong and reliable partner with a rich FAQ and consulting power. New features make sense and are easy to distribute within the team and to end users. The community is nice, and there are many discussions on product development, shared solutions, and productivity improvements. UI is also one of the strongest points.

• It provides a good basic overview of where tasks are on a timeline (particularly helpful for a pull-based approach).
• It provides a good collaborative space to have multiple folks commenting on multiple tasks.
• It does a good job of managing very basic visual elements of an agile development cycle.

• SAP Build Workzone is a cloud ready service that it can provide access to users over cloud. It really liked it because for Non-SAP users they don't need to have seperate logins to access SAP systems
• SAP Build LCNC helps to create an app either from scratch or take reference from existing apps and develop on top of it
• SAP Build Code is pro-developer tool helps for creating enterprise ready web apps

• Kanban does not show the task or story clearly. You have to open the project separately to view the details of the project.
• Kanban gives a higher level project management view but it lacks customization and personal settings features.
• I would like to see Kanban provide mobile access to their tool, data, and board. This would be very useful for all companies and provide an increase in efficiency and productivity.

• Comparing to other RPA Tools, SAP Build automation lacks enough user guidance.
• Licensing is a little bit confusing.
• From a technical perspective, older versions of the automation part are not always stable, but the other services (workflow, business rules, apps, etc.) are much more stable.

We are more likely than not to renew our use of Kanban. Even with its limits, it still is a good product that fulfills our needs.

The integration with Teams is well suited. This works wonderful for my
company. Our team can easily prioritize tasks based on their importance.
It help our team identify and reduce inefficiencies in workflow. With
great visibility in data our team can make informed decisions. Ensuring

The overall re-usability is very good for SAP Build app. Rating 9 shows that it is very effectively uses the No code or low code functionality. Drag and drop of UI components is very effective in this SAP Build app. No prior coding experience is needed but to develop some logic flow you need to be very logical and optimistic thinker

This is the best tool I had a chance to work with- since I started to use it I saved a lot of time and I made my work go smoothly.

There are, for example, great blog writings about automation cases and examples. The studio version is updated often. There are also useful OpenSAP online courses.

Online training helped to understand the drag and drop processes, building UI. Creating a workflow and process automation. Developing workflow and deploying WF. Helped to reduce the errors. It helped to understand the training easily. And online training gave good insights for low code no code solutions and create actions, forms.

We've only tried JIRA Agile and KanbanFlow before. Kanban Tool was the one that our team actually liked and enjoyed working with. Also - it's been much easier to get started with and to understand than some of the other two (JIRA in particular). Although JIRA has many more features that we would have possibly used, the user feedback on it was so poor we were afraid that the negativity would create time wasted and less "job satisfaction" amongst the team.

Seamlessly connected to SAP S4 Hana systems and development and deployment is easy as compared to Microsoft Visual Studio. Low code no code facility is awesome in SAP Build app where as in Visual Studio drag and drop of components is provided but still needs to write bulky code for functionality. Performance is better for SAP Build app.

• Better communication and organization of ongoing projects.
• We are a very small team, with many areas to work on. Having everything in one system gives us a lot of visibility.
• Greatly reduced costs from using other tools that were much more expensive.

• SAP Build apps has a high ROI. Development is fast and cloud pricing is good.
• Business objectives are handled better than any other solution for custom app development in the SAP ecosystem.
• Process Automation workflows are very fast to develop, mostly graphically, and work very well.
