Overall Satisfaction with SAP Build
Our company uses SAP Build for app development and Process Automation. This allows us to create and deploy custom web and mobile applications from an integrated cockpit. We can also create and deploy custom Workflows via Process Automation. These apps are used globally with multiple backend SAP systems, both ECC and S/4.

- SAP Build apps has a high ROI. Development is fast and cloud pricing is good.
- Business objectives are handled better than any other solution for custom app development in the SAP ecosystem.
- Process Automation workflows are very fast to develop, mostly graphically, and work very well.
We have integrated SAP Build with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, as well as Work Zone Launchpad. The seamless integration saves a ton of time and the same development team can perform all tasks.
For Build Workflow we have saved a lot of time as compared to the traditional ABAP workflow which is old and cumbersome to develop and manage. It's like a night and day comparison between the two products. SAP Build Process Automation (Workflow) is a pleasure to use.
We haven't used or evaluated other products, we stick to the SAP ecosystem and are long term SAP BTP users (8+ years).
