Considered Both Products
LeanData
Chose LeanData
Before LeanData, we mainly relied on Salesforce and its native automation support. But that is one more complex one, and making changes in there takes a lot of time. LeanData provides a more visual and scalable approach than managing multiple Salesforce automations.
Chose LeanData
Already setup with LeanData. Moving to another product would have been a big lift. Also, it was already integrated with our CRM.
Chose LeanData
LeanData was here when I arrived and while I've looked at other tools the switching costs hasn't made sense. But also the tool has done its job so we haven't need to really look elsewhere. It doesn't do me any good to spend time migrating to another solution that doesn't really …
Chose LeanData
We have not explored other solutions in this space, having only considered LeanData because it was recommended to us based on the challenges we were encountering. LeanData had a good sales process with knowledgeable AE and SE to walk us through the process. They did a good job …
Chose LeanData
They both have their own ways of doing what LeanData does, but having our Lean data built inside Salesforce gives us an edge: we don't have to manage an integration between the 2 tools, since they are already inside our instance. It does what other tools do, but inside our CRM
Chose LeanData
I selected LeanData as it's more scalable, very user-friendly, easy to work on and be integrated with existing SFDC workflows. I really find it more visually appealing compared to Traction Complete as it's, for me, complicated, cumbersome, has a learning curve with it.
Chose LeanData
I only saw bits at OpsSummit and need to revisit the Outreach tool we currently use with sales
Chose LeanData
Salesforce flows are getting more and more powerful and similar to what LeanData does, but the routing function and territory mapping in LeanData is far superior to SFDC functionality, especially when it comes to the visibility and audit trails that it captures as people go …
Chose LeanData
Lane Four is no longer in business (I think LeanData acquired) but Leandata is more flexible and reliable than it. Also more so than the custom code we used prior.
Chose LeanData
LeanData solved all of our needs and allowed ownership and management we needed to scale our routing engine. We also loved working with the LeanData team and had an extremely positive experience with our sales rep and implementation team. I would want LeanData at any company I …
Chose LeanData
Its better and more modern. The UI is a much better experience
Chose LeanData
LeanData is easier to use, has a nice visual and handles more complex routing logic.
Chose LeanData
We were not able to devote the developer resources to solving the problem in-house at the moment in time we needed to move on this solution. We wanted (needed) a bespoke solution where implementation could be handled outside of our organization. LeanData was able to offer that …
Chose LeanData
I have not used other products for lead routing besides doing manual distributions and this is much better than that!
Chose LeanData
We tried using Ringlead for routing purposes but the way the logic needed to be built was super complex, repetitive and prone to manual errors so we like Leandata as auditing and testing is better and you can even see where the error is for your graph. Having a graphical or …
Chose LeanData
LeanData's native CRM structure made it the clear choice for us. No configuration is needed to read from all CRM fields and objects. We've been customers for 4 years and have never had any issues with its performance.
Chose LeanData
N/A I was not here to evaluate other products nor have I used similar tools.
Chose LeanData
LeanData Bookit replaced Chili Piper for us, and made it much easier to manage out routing for meetings since we were already using LeanData for routing. We have recently evaluated Qualified, and territory management/round robin logic is much simpler in LeanData.
Chose LeanData
Compared to SFDC out-of-the-box routing it is far superior. Giving you the ability to quickly make changes on the fly and test in a sandbox environment. The ability to troubleshoot leads and how they are routed is also a plus. Built-in email alerts also reduce the amount of …
Schedulicity
Chose Schedulicity
It allows to increase productivity, facilitates the organization for all those involved, the results it offers, and its effectiveness compensates for the price it costs. They simply have to check-in and check out. Make better business decisions, train your team with …
Chose Schedulicity
This is night and day from the excel spreadsheets we were using to set appts manually. We have seen productivity and scheduling mistakes diminish quickly. Very happy with this product.

I am overall satisfied with how LeanData has been helping the business as it really revolutionized the way we process our leads/contacts and have them assigned and actionable by our sales reps. It takes away the once repetitive and tedious tasks that are done manually which really introduces a lot of error and consumes a lot of time and effort. LeanData seamlessly does that job for you on your behalf. Definitely recommend

Everyday use is good enough, we don't have an overly complicated product that allows us to complete the tasks given to us and schedule and reschedule the meetings. The ability to allow the user to control the scheduling of meetings and look in the calendar for specific timelines has never been easier. The stress that is on the user is taken away from the user by the tool itself.

Pros
  • LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
  • LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
  • Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

Cons
  • Reporting Functionality. Great log information about what happened to individual leads, but the dashboarding in the product could be more robust.
  • Territory Rules. The product does not take advantage of existing territory logic that you may have in Salesforce.com. You need to "re-build" territory ownership in the product. Not necessarily a con as this can functionally replace much of what's in SFDC.

Usability
Once you have a graph set up, it can largely be left to its own devices. The process of setting up the initial graph is long and involved; however, the result speaks for itself. With continued learning, it will always remain usable and scalable to accommodate further changes down the road.

Support Rating
There is no way I would have such a successful implementation of this product without the implementation and support team. They have been patient, helpful, and very responsive. Even after I had gone live and had been so for a while, our org and thus our criteria had changed. They continued to help me make the necessary tweaks to ensure I was up and running.

The support team is awesome. The turnaround is quick and if the software cannot support my current need they are really good about giving me a work around.

Return on Investment
  • We had a rough initial roll-out which negatively affected confidence in LeanData for some on the organization. We have since implemented a re-launch. This second launch went very well, but we still face in internal battle to re-gain confidence in the solution. Overall, it is working very well now.
  • We have seen an accelerated lead response time as we can get leads into the hands of reps faster. We can now create hundreds of opportunities and assign them to reps in approximately one hour. Extremely scalable. We can create 100 opportunities in the same amount of time it takes to create 1.
  • Automating previously manual processes has helped us take a headcount and assign that person other responsibilities as they are not spending as much time manually processing leads.

  • Positive - Client text message reminder. Missed appointments have decreased to zero no shows.
  • Positive - Informing clients of weekly openings via marketing emails.
  • Positive - Employees are able to take days off and I can mark them accurately in the system.
  • Positive - Personal Time feature. Allows me to track why an employee is out.
  • Negative - Shutting the business for vacations because I have to spend hours going into each providers schedule and individual cancelling each appointment that has been made.
