Comparison of Sales Gamification features of Product A and Product B
I like this product since it has been the best locater of excellent performing members from each department. It scales down all KPIs providing the guidelines to all employees on how they can improve performance and increase production in their roles. Revenue collected from sales is budgeted as per department production to motivate the best performing department. It is easy to customize templates from this platform to suit sales demands and promote marketing.
I see Talon.One as best suited for small or medium sized businesses - less than 50k customers. The reason being, I do not see the scalability of the tool; it is the classic what-you-see-is-what-you-get. On the positive, because you get all of it out of the box, it makes it very simple to have one or two people dedicated to administration and development. Additionally, Talon.One won't be contacting you for more money just to use a feature
Support is amazing! You are going to be well taken care of! Our CSM would always do monthly calls with us(not a lot of Customer success teams do that). Educating on new features, training new team members, re-training existing team members, suggesting strategies to utilize tool 100% Their response time was always super quick!
The operation of this platform in monitoring daily performance has contributed to employee motivation. It has all the lead tools that have marketed our products and services from various platforms. Data collected from departments is used to build networking channels that attract customers. Results have improved due to increased production and employee satisfaction. LevelEleven has promoted positive competition in both internal operations and the external environment.
For clarity, I am only comparing the discount code feature from Salesforce vs. the entire platform. In Salesforce, creating a code was an arduous process, then we had to wait for the sync job to run with our web services engine (every 10 minutes) to see if what we had created was functioning correctly. Do the math: If configuration takes 10 minutes, you have to wait a total of 20 minutes to test it, then if it doesn't work, try again in 15-20 minutes. Over an 8-hour day, you aren't accomplishing anything! TalonOne made it so simple. 10-15 minutes of configuration time, then near immediate testing time. We were able to create and troubleshoot a discount code in a couple of hours rather than a couple of days
The business value has come from productivity from our ADR's. Being able to track metrics and gamify has led to a higher number of conversations and meetings set.
We tried using the coaching aspect of the tool for performance reviews and it was more buggy than expected. It wasted time rather than getting the information from our reps to managers.
