LinkedIn Talent Solutions vs. Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform

LinkedIn Talent Solutions is the best way to search & find qualified candidates. For profiles with fewer qualifications, there is often little information filled in by the candidates (only job titles) and it takes a lot more phone screening to find the candidate with all the required skills. The statistics tab helps you learn more about our use of the platform and what our response rates are. The saved searches are really convenient and help us to easily expand our network of candidates.

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

• Support tickets can take awhile to resolve, I've had one (bug with spend tracking) that took 2 months to resolve

• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

I think the main thing about Linkedin is how global it has become. People might not know of other tools but they know about LinkedIn and everyone wants to be there or is learning that they have to be there to get good opportunities and build a network by using social platforms that aren't just focused on the social aspect.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

• The majority of our ROI come from referrals, but LinkedIn Talent Solutions has also helped us find candidates. If they referral doesn't pan out, then Workable is usually next, followed by LinkedIn.
• LinkedIn Talent Solutions has gotten more expensive and has eliminated the Small Business offering so we did not renew. It just became to costly based on the ROI.
• Clients always like that we have access to post jobs to LinkedIn Talent Solutions because they consider LinkedIn legitimate and professional.
