Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
We use LinkedIn [Talent Solutions] across the whole organization, as staffing company, mainly for the recruitment department (either to find new candidates or to follow daily with our consultants) but also but the sales department to find new prospect.
It gives us an easy way to communicate with candidates. Having the Linkedin app helps also a lot.
Most candidates are now on linkedin, even if not all profiles are present.

Pros
- Confidentially of the profiles seen when you use Recruiter
- Many search filters (although it depends on what the candidates have completed)
- Help center easily accessible, chat not always opened but very helpful to solve an issue quickly
Cons
- Have the full content of the message received on linkedin (basic) when we receive an email notification.
- Propose related research to those already conducted
- Filter the notifications by theme because depending on the size of our network we can receive a lot of them

- Give us a large pool of candidates of various profile
- Too much recruiters on Linkedin and some candidates / consultants start to deactivated there linkedin profile because they receive too much messages.
LinkedIn [Talent Solutions] is essential in the recruitment market and for headhunting, as well as for sales development.
It is more intuitive for candidates when they need to update their experiences rather than having to redo a resume in word format.
Used at the company level, it also allows to have a trace of everyone's actions and to see if colleagues from other offices have already had a contact in the past with this same candidate (without having the details of the answer, but at least the status, accepted, declined, waiting for an answer...). This avoids duplicate communications.
