Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
I am an HR department of one, which means I am the sole recruiting manager as well. LinkedIn Talent Solutions is my primary source for reaching passive candidates, as well as posting job ads on a pay-per-click basis.
Pros
- It's easy to create and save candidate searches
- LinkedIn Talent Solutions is by far the best source of potential candidates, both in quantity and quality
- Easy to use, intuitive UX
Cons
- The cost is significant, especially for the more robust options
- You can't easily collaborate with team members unless they have a license as well
- Support tickets can take awhile to resolve, I've had one (bug with spend tracking) that took 2 months to resolve

Again, LinkedIn Talent Solutions outranks other recruiting platforms in candidate pool and candidate quality. I have tried many other job boards, demoed other platforms, and though I've successfully found candidates elsewhere, LinkedIn Talent Solutions is my #1 go to. It gets me the highest number of candidates, and makes passive candidate searching pretty easy. I also appreciate the integration with my current ATS (TrakStar).
