Talent Solutions is currently being used for recruitment purposes. We post jobs and actively search for candidates through our recruiter profiles. The only team using the tool is people operations, a total of 5 people. And it is definitely our most important, quick, and volume generator sourcing tool. The hired vs applications rates are not the best but definitely the best option in the market.

- Finally, using it as a recruitment platform. It still lacks integrations and smooth features to be the preferred tool for this.
I think the main thing about Linkedin is how global it has become. People might not know of other tools but they know about LinkedIn and everyone wants to be there or is learning that they have to be there to get good opportunities and build a network by using social platforms that aren't just focused on the social aspect.

Also, consider the profiles you are looking for, as colleagues have tried these tools in the past for very operational roles and it wasn't suited. If you are looking for business, marketing, technology, digital and specialized profiles this is your tool! Active sourcing is their best feature. You can search and filter qualified talent in a sec.
