LinkedIn Premium Business vs. LinkedIn Premium Career

LinkedIn sales navigator is a must for any professional salesperson. I use it daily to find key decision makers by keyword and job description. I love the fact that I can search for key decision-makers by geographic location, job title, company name, etc. I really like that it will list the key decision-makers within a company and that it has pre worded inbox messages that you can send that are professionally worded to help get connected

I think that many people have the requirements needed for a position within their network, and it’s helpful for your network to see that you are actively hiring. I do not think that this platform is suitable for entry-level positions or rotating door positions, but it is excellent for specialized hard-to-fill positions.

It was great to use for a specific project and campaign, but did not find an ROI for a long-term solution. We might use it in the future if there is another similar project in the future that needs a similar result. For now, we have been using another more cost-effective solution for the same purpose.

I think that LinkedIn Premium Career is very easy to use and user-friendly. It tells you exactly what you need to post in order to bring in new talent. There is also a FAQ if you are not sure how to use the application properly. It also helps you narrow down your talent.

LinkedIn is a great social media platform for professionals to connect. I like that it is kept on a professional level, unlike other social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. I have connected with over 6000 people all of which are professionals in their particular fields. I like being able to stay in touch with professionals without all the advertisements that you get on Facebook

Glassdoor is really helpful in learning about a company, feedback of people who gave interview and got the job/declined the job or even didn't get the job, interview process and even salary details for a specific position. Even though these features are not there in LinkedIn Premium Career, its helpful in connecting with the right people.
