I have used LinkedIn Premium for the past 12 years in my previous job and current job. I use it to identify qualified candidates who may be interested in the opportunities we have available. I also use it to network and build relationships.

LinkedIn can offer you access to people worldwide which makes their platform valuable. Searching is easy and the people on LinkedIn are very open to helping or referring you to other professionals. It is a great way to see someone's background, skill set, and any recommendations from previous employers and colleagues.
