It's incredible for anyone who works at a saas and does customer support. It's the first job I've ever used Logrocket at and it adds such a great layer of service

UXCam App Analytics help identify the user pain points and improvement areas within our app. It helps observe the app from a customer's perspective and hence communication around any new updates with stakeholders get easy. These can be times when we aren't able to view the complete recordings due to delays in loading or randomisation of samples.

• User flow mapping. It shows how users are navigating in the app.
• App crashes
• User session recordings
• Segmentation on devices, OS versions, processors etc

• It's a shame recordings are capped to the previous month, but I believe this might be due to the plan we're on?
• Cropping sessions could be simplified I think - particularly the cropping tool's design

• Loading time is high due to which we have to wait a lot sometimes
• In heatmaps, more properties can be added eg. User cohort, experiment id
• Provide filters to easily check the recordings by screen and feature dropoffs

UXCam provided higher coverage of features than Mixpanel or Inspectlet standalone. In fact, it has the features if you combine both the products which is amazing. In a single integration I can get multiple use-cases covered.
