Overall Satisfaction with UXCam App Analytics

UXCam App analytics helps understand the mobile app users and their behaviour in an effective manner.
We are able to capture metrics and recordings of users interaction with the mobile app which allows finding the noise free insights. We are able to track the dropoffs and the features/areas where we need to provide more information to the users for smoother app experience.
  • Capturing users app usage recordings
  • Pinning the screen name in recordings for churning out insights
  • Helps find out any issues and glitches with the app
  • Loading time is high due to which we have to wait a lot sometimes
  • In heatmaps, more properties can be added eg. User cohort, experiment id
  • Provide filters to easily check the recordings by screen and feature dropoffs
