LoopUp vs. WorkHub Connect

It's fantastic for folks who have conference calls with folks outside your organization throughout the day. It does not have a video option though, so if you need that, look elsewhere. After each call, I get an email "receipt" which shows the length of the call and all participants.

WorkHub Connect gives an excellent experience to communicate with your co workers. Its design is quite different from other such products but I like it (others may disagree with me). In my personal opinion, its thread section should be improved. Users usually get lost when they click on the thread and the screen becomes abruptly zoomed in. But it is not a permanent thing.

• Allows for Screen Sharing
• Moderator can manage those in the call

• Ability to create a separate channel and groups and only communicate with people who are relevant to you.
• Using the @ notation, you can tag people in messages and reply to a message thread.
• To notify only specific people who have joined the channel, use annotations such as @all, @channel, or any customized form.

• The cost may be higher than a traditional conference line.

• We should be able to send voice notes over chats.
• It is not a fully matured tool, so there are very frequent updates.

Loopup is a cheaper alternative than GoToMeeting. You do sacrifice some of the features, but for most staff requiring a dial in and screen sharing it does the job. If cost reduction is at the forefront, you may want to look more seriously at LoopUp as a screen sharing tool.

With Microsoft Teams, your staff can work remotely on various devices and freely collaborate with their partners and customers. You can add tasks, personnel, or locations quickly and easily.

• Everyone loves it and raves about the easy of use.
• Reliability, more than previous product.
