Overall Satisfaction with LoopUp
We switched to LoopUp over a year ago after using traditional conference call lines. The transition was seamless and the product is 10 times easier to use. We are lawyers who have conference calls all day. I used to rely on my assistant to schedule and circulate a conference line for every call. And the conference call line had a long code that was hard to enter if you were, say, driving. With lookup, I can circulate the invite easily from my phone. LoopUp provides a link that each caller clicks on. Then it calls you directly and connects you to the call. It is so easy to use and share. We love it.

We considered more traditional conference call lines before LoopUp but they can't compare to LoopUp, which is just a more intuitive product.
