Each additional domain: Standard = $345. Professional = $595. These prices are for an annual license. ADManager Plus license is xml-based and supplied through e-mail. Each ADManager Plus license includes an administrator account by default.
ADManager Plus offers two main add-ons: a Governance, Risk and Compliance add-on for access certification and advanced compliance capabilities, and a Backup and Recovery add-on for AD, Entra ID, and Google Workspace user objects.
Aside from the bundle options, OneLogin offers its services a la carte, and therefore these prices can vary depending on your business's needs.

Comparison of Identity Management features of Product A and Product B
Any environment that runs on AD needs ADManager Plus. They have already built-in 95% of the queries and reports you will need. It provides a great window into your AD environment. The interface is very intuitive and for any reports or queries that aren't already packaged the product makes them easy to build
OneLogin is very convenient. Users can register their own iPhone or Android to act as their authorization device, meaning they will likely always have access to the OneLogin security code. The OneLogin application then allows the users to hit a button instead of inputting the security code to validate their two-factor authorization. OneLogin is great for businesses who need to enforce secure access into their various systems and tools. By consolidating the security into a single login with security device two-factor authorization, it makes it safe and easy to manage.
It is very good in the bulk user creation. With this tool, we can create a number of users in just a few minutes rather than following a long old process.
It is good for bulk user account modification. You can select a lot of users and make changes as per the requirements.
ManageEngine ADManager Plus is helping us a lot in the report generation of user accounts, passwords, groups, and other reports that are helping us a lot.
This tool also helps us with mailbox creation and shared mailbox creation
Connects with a lot of different vendors, tools, and sites. It is also customizable to where you can add almost any site you are logging into. This makes it especially useful for team members who may use a tool that other team members within the company do not use.
It works. I've used a few keychain apps that work for a little while, or never work, and this app works 99.99% of the time. Only on one experience have I experienced issue access sites and that was due to user error.
It's easy to update passwords and usernames within the app. It allows password resets to be an easy process and lowers the time in updating items everywhere.
They need to improve their report in terms of modification, like you will not get a lot of customization options in the report.
In the password report if you are applying filter in Days since password last set and selecting the password change date from day 0 and again you want to select the Account status as Enable then you cannot do this.
If you have more than 1 domain and you are trying to modify users in both domains in a single attempt, you cannot do this.
Lack of administrative APIs for creating or setting up new connectors: This prevents the automated integration to federations and requires manual setup rather than discovery-based automated setup.
Customization of the interface: The potential configuration of the interface are still limited at the moment (logo, primary and secondary colors, background). This prevents the usage of the platform as a communication medium or to organize the space in a more standard fashion (for our institution)
There are some limitations with using the apps provisioning APIs that can lead to some termination or provisioning actions not being completed
We are very satfisfied with the software and when time permits, we hope to explore additional features we are not using. It has a lot of we ae not currently using due to staffing shortages.
The program itself is somewhat clunky. It doesn't have as modern a feel as some other programs. This doesn't detract from the usage of the program, which is still very effective. However, when things are a bit more modern it makes it a joy to use.
OneLogin is very easy to use. The most complicated part is the user setup and even that is not difficult. After everything is working, using it day to day is trivial. All you have to do is have the application ready on your phone and you can use a single set of login credentials to access all of your tools securely.
This is one of their lacking points... Every time I have needed support the first thing they want to see is our log files. And then it can take days or weeks to hear back from them and sometimes you have to follow up yourself or they will just close your request. If you can actually get someone on the phone or a sessions scheduled to troubleshoot, sometimes you'll be lucky enough to solve your problem. We used to have a major new hire automation running in ADManager and it broke after updating the software. We went back and forth with them for a month or so and they were not able to resolve the issue, I ended up writing a PowerShell script and scheduling it to do the work that was being done before. This also allowed me to make the automation better than ADManager allowed.
There has never been an issue where I have needed to use the OneLogin support so it would be unfair to rate them anything other than a 10 on their ability to provide support. Like I said its a very basic platform that we use it for with no issues.
We used NinjaOne in the past but I feel like it is trying to do too much. Whereas ManageEngine ADManager Plus is focused on managing Active Directory and staying in that lane, NinjaOne tries to incorporate all elements of IT into one platform, which makes it a mile wide but inch deep.
OneLogin has a lesser cost as compared to other solutions. It also has a successful POC, partner expertise, integration with in-house and cloud-based apps, and provides restriction of access from unauthorized devices. It is a secure solution with industry-standard encryption, a good dashboard, and a cloud-based solution. In my opinion, there is not too much effort involved in the integration and it provides good OEM support.
The built-in reports and queries are invaluable. You simply won't have this information in a vanilla AD environment.
The ease that you can access the information you need about your environment is outstanding. You can access the information you need quickly so you can make better decisions on managing your business.
The ability to easily designate techs with limited access is great. This offloads menial administration duties from your higher level techs so your not paying high level folks to do redundant tasks.
