Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin

OneLogin is used to manage all of our applications in one centralized place. In the morning when I get to work I open OneLogin and press the applications that pertain to the task I am looking to use. It is used by our entire company. It definitely addresses a time saver in which we do not have to spend much time signing into each and every application.

Pros

  • It's easy to use.
  • It's easy to set up and integrate.

Cons

  • None so far, it gets the job done...It's a simple platform to auto-login into multiple applications.
  • Time-saver.
There has never been an issue where I have needed to use the OneLogin support so it would be unfair to rate them anything other than a 10 on their ability to provide support. Like I said its a very basic platform that we use it for with no issues.

If your company or team needs a tool that will help you save some time in the morning by organizing all of your applications into one place OneLogin is going to be it. I am sure there are other scenarios for why you would use this platform but it fits in and gets the essentials done.
