Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin

OneLogin is our centralized site that the entire Sales team logs into in the morning. Once logging in every application that we use is logged in for us so we could just open them up in tabs. It is the first thing I do so that anything that I know I will be using on that day, will be opened. I wouldn't say it addresses a problem but it definitely saves us a few minutes in terms of opening each webpage and signing in. It's nice to have a platform for sure.
  • Easy to use platform.
  • It can be used outside the office with ease.
  • Unlimited amount of applications/logins.
  • There isn't really much in terms of things its lacking. Its downtime is little to none. In just under the 2 years I have used the software there hasn't been one issue.
  • The one big benefit would be time-saving. It is a very convenient platform.
  • The access outside of the office also allows me to work at home or in my spare time for additional business that needs to be taken care of.
There isn't much I would give a 10, but it's definitely useful. I highly suggest it for any B2B sales organizations that are using multiple platforms on a day to day basis. Having my salesforce, Talkdesk, etc all in one place where I need it is extremely helpful.

Yes

It is well suited for a company that uses a bunch of different applications/logins on a day to day aspect. Log in once and there is no need to waste time on any other sites. It stays open all day for me so I could always go back and add to my taskbar any other items that I need throughout my day.
