Likelihood to Recommend Meta for Business has made a lot of improvements, but a lot of work still needs to be done as far as troubleshooting. I've had ad issues for months. It's probably getting close to a year. Every time I've submitted troubleshooting tickets, they're either slow to respond or don't respond at all. More than five times I've asked for help with getting the ad issues resolved. This included an online meeting (quite a first), emailing them, and even chatting with them. I went as far as multiple submissions of the materials they requested; I'm still at square one.
Read full review What Tweepi is not is a posting or content management tool. It does have some ability and makes recommendations for a bit of engagement but that is it. If you are looking for a posting tool this is not it. However, if you are looking to manage the followers of a Twitter account then this is the tool to use. A great example is a campaign that we are running right now for a news organization. Content can not be pre-planned as it comes in real-time so having a posting tool is not needed here. This client first came to us in Nov., their site is a UX/UI nightmare, they had very little traffic, there was little that we could do with the existing site other than some minor design changes. We wanted to give the client a quick win even if it was a small one. The only social media account that this company had was Twitter. So we began a campaign using Tweepi to grow their followers and help the SEO with a bit of social engagement as well as try and drive a bit of traffic to their website.
Read full review Pros Segmentation is HUGE. You can segment by almost anything you want, be it demographic, sociological, behavioral... you name it. You can also create targets based on your visitors and their actions. Even custom lists. They are very good at optimizing your campaigns automatically. This is so important because it will improve your ROI in several multiples otherwise Managing ads in general works fine, and the data, even though is not exactly as accurate as Analytics, it's pretty decent. Gives you placements and different ad types so you can get the most out of it. Pixel and catalog integration are very powerful. You can almost instantly start tracking and catalog fetches your site daily for updates. Read full review Filtering is without a doubt the greatest strength of Tweepi. In just a few seconds, I can filter through thousand of users I am following and who are following me to find and identify those I should follow or unfollow based on many different and sometimes multiple criteria. Speed - it is really fast to sort and filter through so many users connected to me through Twitter. Find and filter other users friends and followers, and apply some or all of the aforementioned criteria. The number of criteria. I can search followers more or less than X number of followers, find those inactive X number of days, those who haven't completed the profile or uploaded an avatar, and combine all this data filter thousands down to just one. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful. Read full review Cons The amount of text allowed on images can be frustrating since it will include ALL text in the image regardless if it is part of the copy or on something random in the background of the image Labeling ads and ad groups can be frustrating as we often had them default to generic titles which we would have to go back and edit. A mandatory field would be helpful, however, that might not be popular opinion as that much detail is really just a personal preference. The constant emails from their sales team to "help you improve" your results are a little much. Read full review I am not sure if I would consider this a "Con" but it is a limitation. When you are on the Platinum Level Tweepi has recommended follows each day when you log in. However, that number is under the Twitter daily follow limit. Tweepi will give you 250 when the limit for an unverified account is 400 and a verified account 1000. We are sure this limit is set to help protect twitter accounts. Other than the limitation mentioned above we frankly can not seem to find anything else. There is just nothing bad to say. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We have to continue using this tool in order to be effective on this marketing platform. Though there are several changes I wish we could see, the fact is that we will still need to use this product to provide customers with the information they need.
Read full review Usability I gave it this rating because it is so easy to learn to use and you are able to grow a following quickly by knowing when to post and who to post to or how to get in front of those prospects easily, and using those prospects to reach even further without any additional processes on your end through the sharing from your engaged readers.
Read full review It's very quick, easy to learn and intuitive, and it doesn't require much of a learning curve. I think anyone who has sorted data in a spreadsheet will be very comfortable managing filtering and optimising their Twitter account with Tweepi.
Read full review Support Rating I've found the Facebook for Business support to be hit or miss. For billing questions they're timely and helpful. For complex questions about specific services I've often received a longer wait and a less helpful experience. I'm often redirected to their docs, which are often not particularly helpful.
Read full review Tweepi's support is quite good. They are fast to answer any questions that you have. I have never had a problem with Tweepi but there have been a few billing questions that were taken care of just fine. The only other times I have contacted support have been more in the area of the tools best practices and I have always been happy with the response.
Read full review Implementation Rating If you don't want to display your feed to your boss before going over scheduled posts for the week, use the Business site and it will be less awkward instantly. Having someone lean over your shoulder is always a bit awkward, you think about how you smell, maybe consider offering them gum because they have bad breath
Read full review Alternatives Considered Facebook stacks up against them in terms of its service. I choose Facebook for Business since I use it for business for almost more than a year now and I need to say this it is the most best possible business tool definitely a must-have for all the businesses type.
Read full review I've not used similar products to any great extent. All I can say is that Tweepi does an exceptional job of the very specific task of filtering friends and followers of a Twitter account, and optimising that Twitter account to get the best value for the user.
Read full review Return on Investment I haven't had much ROI from using Facebook for Business, and unfortunately, other local businesses I know haven't felt that they got much ROI on their paid ads either. The good point of Facebook for Business is that I can still look into who is interested in my products and build around my audience that way. Read full review [Excellent] results can be had with just this simple tool. The cost of Tweepi is very reasonable and along with the time savings it is a good return on the investment. A positive that I think should be mentioned is that we have fewer issues when using Tweepi than we do following within Twitter manually. The Tweepi limits do provide a safety net for the account. We have not seen any negative impact with the use of Tweepi. Read full review ScreenShots —
