Demandforce vs. MyMedLeads

We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

Even though at this stage I have been using MyMedLeads for several years, I honestly couldn't recommend it for any use case. We have actively been looking for a new CRM to replace it and should be moving away from MML in the near future. You can find a better CRM solution, even if you are using Nextech as your EMR

• Aesthetics has been updated in last few months for organization and is easier to see: colors, grid lines on front page, and font style.
• Allowing our office to include specific items in reminder appointment emails allows personalization to make confirming appointments easier.
• Allowing patients to write reviews allows us to know what the office is doing well and what we can improve on.

• Flexibility in Design!
• Overall Look & Feel of Templates (look at what Squarespace is doing, it is possible!)
• Usability (it's a bit clunky)

• In my opinion, horribly underdeveloped platform and feature set
• Bare-Bones CRM Functions
• I believe it is broken, untrustworthy reporting
• SMS marketing features recently shut down due to carrier issues
• I think it is difficult to use, inefficient UI
• No customization options
• Lead source not mapped to Nextech when converting leads
• I believe it is cumbersome, low-quality solutions for VOIP and Live Chat Integration

We are constantly being contacted by comparable organizations. If Mindbody Online integrated a feature like Demandforce, we'd move over there to keep everything in one platform.

I think it is cumbersome, underdeveloped and outdated user interface with zero customization options.

I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.

• It's taken a lot of the reporting and guesswork out of the equation. That has saved us a lot of money.

• Lack of integrations with our other systems and closed API makes for a cumbersome and fragmented tech-stack at out practice
• Able to track ROAS of basic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Barebones CRM features helps to support the staff
• I think it is barebones Marketing Automation helps with lead nurturing
• SMS Marketing was useful until it was shut down
