Likelihood to Recommend Earlier this week, we had a mishap where a client's birth certificate went missing while being transferred between departments. This could have been disastrous for both our employees and the client, but Sugar allowed for quick detective work that let us track the document's passage between specific employees, and the item was located and returned!
Read full review I would suggest ZoomInfo to a colleague in market research because it gives very detailed and up-to-date data to help us understand our target markets, competitors, and customer segments. The tool offers insights into companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends, which is essential for making good strategic decisions. Plus, it helps to find growth opportunities and check how saturated the market is, which allows market entry to be planned and improves our market analysis.

Node allows me to bring more vendors and more contacts in, allowing me to expand lists and connect with more accurate contacts. Read full review Likelihood to Renew With the combined resources of crowdsorced info on both data.com as well as the immediacy of info on LinkedIn, as well as intel on Hoovers, information provided on ZoomInfo is more readily available if you have the time to invest in looking for it. However, at the pace we do business, having a "one stop shop" for information is very convenient. On efficiency alone, ZoomInfo is worth the price of subscription considering our business model.
Read full review Usability Well it's fairly good to use, it's just that there are some hiccups that keep happening daily. It takes forever to load sometimes and some leads are not just available even tho other providers have that information. However, great place to start your research from and brings a lot of structure to my reachouts.
Read full review Support Rating I would give it a higher rating but they keep changing our account managers.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Node excels when it comes to lead intelligence like account-level and market insights. Its lead management module gives better segmentation and account identification. It is a good choice for mid-size companies (50-1000 employees) and their quality of support is very satisfactory. Its searchable data gives accurate results and its ease of integration with Salesforce is an added advantage over its competitors.
Read full review There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
